ANNUAL MEETING

The East Woodstock Congregational Church holds its Annual Meeting in January of each year. The Meeting begins with a Community potluck lunch, and then follows an agenda that consists of prayer, a covenant of working and worshipping together, and reports from the various committees and officers with actions and information from the previous year. The meeting also includes voting on various motions, the acceptance of new and continuing officers and committees, and the budget for the coming year.
